We Cannot Accept QR Codes Regardless Of What Anyone Tells You Over The Phone.

The UPS Store in Cheyenne is the only location that can accept QR Codes.

Amazon sent me a QR Code, What do I do?

You have 2 options.
1. Contact Amazon Customer Support and notify them you don’t live near a UPS store and tell them you need them to send you a regular “Shipping Label”.
OR
2. You can try the following.
1. In Amazon click on “Your Orders”
2. Find the item you returned: Click on “Return Status”
2. Click on “Cancel Refund”
4. Answer the questions –
• Damage
• Inaccurate Website Description
• type “Item not as described”
5. Select Refund to Card.
6. IMPORTANT – Scroll Down the page to the second option: FREE Label – Box Needed. *We have boxes and tape available for purchase. They are not provided to us by UPS.
7. Print the Return Label
8. Attach label to box.
9. Drop package off at The Print Shop
